You may want to check your firewall for policies regarding IMAP. Some reference links I read thru though I don’t fully understand all of what is being discussed. I have not tried the add-on yet I am going to experiment. Maybe some encoding behavior or just a different linefeed or something that has changed over the FixTechGuide login issue guide years… I’ve never heard of setting a path before for email, so apologies if this is a simple solution to those who come across this in the future. If you can, turn off IMAP, require 2FA, and use the native outlook client. Having the same issue with some of our accounts on IMAP as well.

I have all desktop alerts turned off I prefer it this way I don’t need all of that. I just want to be able to look and see new message. Even if I have an account with zero message I need to click to see the new ones there are no numbers appear. I am also running QuickFolders and its the same nothing shows up on those tabs until i physically click on them. Ok so my mistake the Properties option is there when right clicking folder – I was only focused on right clicking on the email address to take me to server setting I was not clicking on the actual folder. I right click a folder and Properties and it take me to attached windows.
My accounts in Mail app stopped to sync post update
I am using TB for just three weeks now and I have issues daily Microsoft Outlook Email Repair Tool Online when sending mail with no attachments the outgoing mail server will time out. Since the sync issue is universal it appears to be a global issue. Perhaps something in TB needs to be tweaked. I have no firewall monitors running during the day that would interfere just the vpn. With that said – the “delayed syncing” issue that I am experiencing is happening on Inbox as well as Junk folders.

Hence, the trashing of messages is registering on Gmail. It’s just that the contents seem completely disconnected from what I see using webmail. All messages that were trashed in Outlook still appear in All Mail when accessed using webmail, even days later. From what I’m reading, this doesn’t actually appear to be an issue with receiving email, it’s an Outlook screen refresh issue, or possibly (although less likely) an issue with notification settings. If you can go to another folder then right back to Inbox and suddenly see 100 new messages, they were there all along, they didn’t just magically appear in that second it took to switch back and forth. Try attacking it from that angle and see what you find.

Looks like at this point there still is not a fix? I am stumped as it the rest of our team. Paying $6 per month vs our current $1.50 per month is a pretty big increase on a yearly basis. We wouldn’t use many of the features included in office 365 to warrant paying the additional cost. Varatex – Outlook in Safe mode did not seem to help.
I still have to manually click on a different folder other than inbox, then click back to inbox for new items to appear. Microsoft, gmail and other popular accounts should sync automatically, but if they don’t, I’m inclined to think it’s due to the VPN or a security/antivirus app that is scanning the TB profile folder. A stable connection between your email client and email server depends on the syncing of your IMAP folder. If the server is down and you are experiencing issues, the problem IMAP folder is not syncing occurs. So, check the status of your IMAP server follow the steps below.
