How to assemble a scaffolding structure

1) Protection: Place fall protection systems for workers before beginning assembly. Take care of worker safety measures with care. Sort the elements according to how they will be used. Pay attention to units with possible defects. Have elevators to lift components.

2) Prepare the scaffolding area: moisten, firm and compact the area before leveling to begin assembling the scaffolding structure. Support the vertical sections of the scaffolding with wood. Place supports so that the vertical components are centered and balanced correctly on the base.

3) Assemble the first level of scaffolding: Present two vertical structures at specified distances and join them with connector structures. 4) Railings must be installed if the scaffolding structure is higher than 3 meters. The top rail must be 96 – 115cm above the work base. The middle rails are important. Place screens or nets to prevent objects from falling. Fasten each scaffold platform at 360cm intervals.

5) Repeat the previous steps until completing the first level. Raise the scaffolding structure to the next level with a material lift. Join the vertical parts to the lower ones with coupling elements and pins. Install clamps and cross clamps. Install elements from step 4. Complete each level of scaffolding until the total height of the building is achieved. Attach each floor of the scaffold to the building at 360cm intervals.
